Accidental Event | Insurance Benefit

For eligible events under the policy, the insurer may pay up to RMB 6,999 after claim review. Bozhun assists with the claim.

What must be confirmed before handling starts

  1. Check eligibilityConfirm the implant system, clinic warranty period and client-signed agreement.
  2. Provide necessary recordsSubmit treatment records, incident information and other documents required for the clinic warranty or insurance claim.
  3. Complete clinical or insurer reviewA licensed dentist determines re-treatment suitability; the insurer reviews any benefit under the insurance policy.
  4. Confirm the path in writingDocument the next steps for in-clinic re-treatment, claim assistance or continuity-of-treatment transfer.
