Clarify your treatment goal, available records, likely travel window, budget range and whether travelling to China is appropriate to explore.
Pre-travel preparation
Coordinate clinic bookings, a treatment itinerary, secure record submission and treatment-related supporting documents that may be needed for your own visa application.
Arrival and local setup
Confirm language support, optional airport or station transfer, clinic-area hotel options, local transport and practical payment guidance.
Consultation and treatment
Support registration, interpretation and key appointments; verify the treating dentist, quoted items and records without replacing clinical judgement.
Recovery and optional time in Beijing
Protect recovery time first. Optional sightseeing can be coordinated separately only when it fits the dentist's advice and the treatment schedule.
Departure and continued follow-up
Organise records and key instructions, then maintain the agreed non-clinical follow-up and coordination path after you leave China.
Optional support, confirmed separately
Transfers, hotel assistance, interpretation, local transport, tourism and other third-party services are selected only when needed, shown separately in scope and price, and delivered by the relevant qualified provider.
Other healthcare needs remain separate
If you also want a health check or another medical appointment, tell us during screening. We may coordinate a separate referral only after a licensed provider, scope, price and separate consent are confirmed.
Bozhun can prepare treatment-related supporting information, but does not issue visas or guarantee approval. Clinical outcomes, insurance reimbursement and third-party travel services are not guaranteed by Bozhun.

We do not rely on marketing materials alone. Information must be searchable, documented and traceable. An incomplete required check means no recommendation.
Dentist licence and scope of practice
We check the dentist's name, registration number, practice category and authorised dental scope.
Registered or filed practice location
We confirm that the treatment clinic is a legally registered or filed practice location for the dentist.
Implant brand, lot and traceability
We check the implant brand, packaging lot number and traceability records supplied to the patient.

Clinic treatment fees
The clinic itemises these from the dentist's plan. The client pays the clinic directly; they are not part of Bozhun's service fee.
Bozhun service fee
Charged at a fixed amount for the selected service product, not as a percentage of treatment fees. Bozhun accepts no clinic referral commission.
Third-party costs
International travel, accommodation and other third-party costs are calculated separately and paid directly by the client.
The private written quote states
- the selected service product, deliverables and exclusions;
- the current trial price, standard operating price and the price applicable to this engagement;
- possible standard add-ons, third-party costs and the conditions for confirmation.
The treatment-cost reference excludes Bozhun's service fee and is not a formal quotation.

Applying Olympic Village service operations to dental screening and cross-border care coordination
I am Ma Zenghao, founder of Bozhun, a Chinese brand specialising in dental clinic selection services. During the Beijing 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, I was responsible for six service categories in the Olympic Village: laundry and garment care, hairdressing, photography, flowers, tourism and newsstands.
